TROUBLESHOOTING PAIRING ISSUES? SOLUTION: Remove your Crusher™ Wireless headphones from your device’s paired list. Turn off Bluetooth mode on your device. Press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons. FIRST TIME SET-UP AND PAIRING Take the earbuds out of the case and remove stickers from charging contact points. Charging or Power Issues Troubleshooting steps: Be sure to remove the charging pin protectors found on the charging box. Verify that each earbud is placed in its correct place inside the charging case. Check for any debris blocking the charging pins on the bottom of the case, on the earbud, or on the USB-C plug or port. Check if the removable in-ear gels have not been twisted or falling off.
