Charging or Power On Problems

Charging or Power Issues

Troubleshooting steps:

Make sure you remove the charging pin protectors located in the charging case.
Check that each earbud is placed in its correct place inside the charging case.
Check if there is any debris blocking the charging pins at the bottom of the case, on the earbud, or in the USB-C jack or port.
Check if the removable ear gels are not twisted or falling out. This could prevent the earbuds from sitting properly in the case. If you are having difficulty closing the lid completely, the earbuds are probably not seated correctly or the gels are interfering.
Make sure the charging cable is properly inserted into a suitable power source.
Use a different charger, power supply, or cable in case the damage is to the charger, power supply, or cable. 7. Check the battery level LED on the charging case to make sure the case is holding a charge.
Allow to charge for a while, 20 minutes would be fine, as the battery may be completely drained.

IMPORTANT - If your earbuds do not automatically turn off or charge when placed in the case, make sure the battery in the case is not completely drained. If the battery in the case is completely drained, the earbuds will not recognize that they are in the case and will not automatically turn off and start charging, and will not turn on when removed from the case.
