Steps to solve the problem:

Verify that each earbud is placed in its correct place within the charging case.
Be sure to remove the charging pin protectors on the charging box.
Use a different charger, power source, or cable in case the damage is to the charger, power source, or cable.
Sometimes debris can block the connectors, so be sure to gently clean the inside of the charging case and check the connectors for damage.
Let it charge for a while, 20 minutes would be fine, since the battery may be completely discharged.

If after following the steps the headset still does not charge or turn on, you can try resetting them.
