What is Gunnar warranty policy?

IOCA GROUP, as a GUNNAR authorized distributor, provides a manufacturer’s one (1) year limited warranty against defects for all its products purchased at authorized retailers within IOCA GROUP territories (Central America & Caribbean). Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under GUNNAR warranty. Any damages caused by accidents, neglect, improper use, or improper storage are also not covered under warranty.

IOCA GROUP reserves the right to inspect any product subject to a warranty claim and determine whether the claimed defect is covered by the warranty. After approval, IOCA GROUP will issue a Credit Memo to the authorized retailer for the same amount it was purchased (Wholesale Price). The retailer will honor this warranty to its final customer according with its internal policies:
• Refund
• Exchange for the same or different GUNNAR model.

How to process a warranty claim by authorized retailers:

Verify that the product was purchased in one of the retailers' locations – final customer proof of purchase is necessary -, and within the time lapse required -1 year since final sale operation-.
Send warranty form to Zoraya Paschalides (zpaschalides@iocagroup.com ) and warranties@iocagroup.com, copying your IOCA GROUP Sales Rep. Also, you must send product, fault detail and invoice pictures.
Once IOCA GROUP authorization is received, you can destroy the products. Do not destroy the products until authorized by IOCA GROUP as additional photos may be requested.
Send pictures of all destroyed products to Zoraya Paschalides (zpaschalides@iocagroup.com) and warranties@iocagroup.com.
IOCA GROUP will issue a Credit Memo to honor the warranties approved and send it to you by email.
