General Warranty Information and Troubleshooting

IOCA GROUP reserves the right to review each product reported and determine whether it falls under the manufacturer's warranty policy. If the warranty is approved, IOCA GROUP will process and issue a credit note to the reporting authorized retailer/distributor and the value of the product is established at Miami’s Ex-work prices. In return, the authorized retailer/distributor will honor and extend the warranty approved to the end consumer, in accordance with its internal policies.
