How can I request an updated account statement at IOCA Group?
Any active client with the IOCA Group, gets automatic account statements.
If you do not receive it, please request by:
1.- Contact us through chat on website
2.- Tell us your name, email, and country
3.-Tell us company name
4.-Provide us your Customer ID and IOCA’s billing company
5.-Once information is received, an email with account statement will be issued and email
