Charging or Power On Problems
Charging or Power Issues
Troubleshooting steps:
Be sure to remove the charging pin protectors found on the charging box.
Verify that each earbud is placed in its correct place inside the charging case.
Check for any debris blocking the charging pins on the bottom of the case, on the earbud, or on the USB-C plug or port.
Check if the removable in-ear gels have not been twisted or falling off. This may prevent the earbuds from fitting properly in the case. If you're having difficulty closing the lid completely, it's likely that the earbuds aren't in place properly or that the gels are interfering.
Make sure the charging cable is properly inserted into a suitable power source.
Use a different charger, power source, or cable in case the damage is to the charger, power source, or cable.
Check the battery level LED on the charging case to make sure the case is holding a charge.
Let charge for a while, 20 minutes would be fine, as the battery may be completely discharged.
IMPORTANT - If your earbuds do not turn off or charge automatically when placed in the case, make sure that the battery in the case is not completely depleted. If the battery in the case is completely depleted, the earbuds will not recognize that they are in the case and will not automatically turn off and start charging and will not turn on when removed from the case.
